Sweet Corn Chaat

Ingredients to make Sweet Corn Chaat

  • corn boiled 2 cups
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Mix dry herbs 1 tsp
  • garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • jeera 1 tbsp
  • olive oil 2 tbsp
  • onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • salt to taste

How to make Sweet Corn Chaat

  1. Boil the corn and drain the water. Cut cherry tomato in quarters. Dry roast jeera and coarsely grind it. Finely chop the onion.
  2. In a pan heat oil, add chopped onion, garlic powder, jeera powder and mix herbs. Saute for a minute. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
  3. When slightly warm, add boiled corn and tomatoes, salt and mix well. Garnish with Parsley and serve warm.

My Tip:

A good squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle of chaat masala does the wonder.

How do u boil corn ? I have tried 4 times, but every time on mashing/while eating they turn out hard. Plz. let me know.
