Ingredients to make OATS AND VEGETABLE SOUP (LOW CALORIE SOUP)

  • 1/2 cup Finley chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup Finley chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Finley chopped green chilly
  • 1 tsp soya saus
  • 3 cup water ya vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 Black pepper ( as to taste)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriender

How to make OATS AND VEGETABLE SOUP (LOW CALORIE SOUP)

  1. Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan add the ginger and green chilly and saute on a medium flame for a few second.
  2. Add the chopped cabbage and carrot and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the oats saute on a high flame for 1- 2 minutes
  4. Add the soya saus and water mix well and bring to boil.
  5. Add the salt , black pepper powder and lemon juice mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish it chopped coriander.
  7. Serve & Enjoy
