Ingredients to make Tapioca roast.

  • Tapioca pieces 1 1/2 cups
  • To crush
  • Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  • Small onion 4
  • green chillies 2
  • curry leaves a few
  • For tempering
  • mustard seeds 2 pinch
  • Red chillies 1
  • curry leaves a few.
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt

How to make Tapioca roast.

  1. boil tapioca with salt & turmeric adding water. Drain water.
  2. crush the given ingredients.
  3. heat a pan with oil.put mustard seeds , red chilli & curry leaves. fry .
  4. add cooked tapioca & crushed ingredients. stir well . take care not to mash tapioca pieces.
  5. serve hot.

My Tip:

we should nt overcook tapioca. it should b in seperate pieces.we can avoid coconut & make it in anyway.
