Ingredients to make Horse gram flour Dumplings.(kulith shengole)

  • 2 cups horse gram flour
  • 5_6 garlic cloves
  • Finelly chopped 3 green chilli
  • oil 2 table spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2teaspoon cumin seed
  • salt as par tast
  • Corsaly grind peanut powder
  • coriander finaly chooped
  • Luke warm water as required

How to make Horse gram flour Dumplings.(kulith shengole)

  1. Mix together the horse gram flour half of the garlic half of the chilis a tablespoon of oil and salt in a mixing bowl
  2. Add lukewarm water to make a stiff plible dough.knead the dough well.
  3. Make a long shape dumplings from the dough cover and keep them
  4. In cooker heat the remaining oil
  5. Add the mustard seeds.onces they splutter add the cumine seeds
  6. Add the rest of garlic and green chillies and red chilli powder
  7. Add about 2 cups of water and bring it to rolling boil
  8. Drops the dumpling one by one in the boiling water
  9. Add cores grind peanut powdee
  10. Cook covered cooker till the 2 whistel dumplings are cooked through( about 10 minutes)
  11. Serve kulith shengole alone or with roti bhakari or rice

My Tip:

Add Pinch of soda to the dumplings
