Ingredients to make Healthy Russian salad

  • 1 bowl boiled peas
  • 100 GMs ringed beans
  • 100 GMs carrot diced
  • 2 potatoes boiled and chopped
  • 1 tsp apple chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tsp pineapple chopped into small pieces
  • 5 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • olives to garnish

How to make Healthy Russian salad

  1. Firstly steam all the veggies. Drain the water and allow to cool
  2. chill it in freezer
  3. Now add mayonnaise. Mix all well.
  4. Add mustard powder.chill in freezer.
  5. Add salt and black pepper powder.
  6. Garnish with olives and salad pieces.
  7. serve chilled and enjoy..

My Tip:

Mayonnaise quantity can be adjusted accordingly as per choice
