This is a delicious makeover of the rotis to make something even more tastier.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 leftover roti(break the chapaties in small piece)
  2. 2 spoon Capsicum chopped
  3. 1 spoon oil
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Lemon juice 1/2 spoon
  6. 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tsp sugar
  9. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 1/2 Cumin seeds
  11. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seed cumin seeds,.curry leaves.
  3. Add capsicum and saute for 2 minutes
  4. Add all spices.
  5. Add leftover roties.mix well, add sugar, and lemon juice.
