Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. wheatflour 1cup
  2. salt to taste
  3. roasted papad 4-5
  4. finely chopped onion 4tbsp
  5. finely chopped coriender leaves 1tbsp
  6. chopped greenchilli 2
  7. redchilli powder 1tsp
  8. dry mango powder 1/2tsp
  9. oil for brushing
  10. water as needed

Instructions

  1. Take wheatflour in a vessel add some salt mix well
  2. Add water and knead a soft dough
  3. For filling take roasted papad and crush it to very small pieces
  4. Add salt,redchilli powder ,dry mango powder to it
  5. Add onion greenchilli and coriender leaves to it mix well
  6. Take a small ball of dough and make a cavity in the middle
  7. Put some filling in the cavity and close it.
  8. Dust some dry wheatflour on it and roll it with the help of roller pin
  9. Paratha should not be rolled too thin or thick
  10. Heat pan brush some oil on it and roast paratha from both the sides
  11. Serve papad paratha with pickle or curd
