Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  • 2 cups maida or flour
  • 1.5 cup Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup (about 115gms) melted butter
  • 1.5 cup Hot Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 bundt pan
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 100 gms Dark Chocolate chopped
  • 100 ml Cream

How to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees
  2. Sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Take another bowl, add sugar, milk, vinegar, hot water, butter and vanilla extract. Beat together well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl little by little.
  5. Pour the batter in bundt pan and bake for 45 mins.
  6. Pour the cream in the pan and heat it. Add chopped chocolate immediately when it comes to boil.
  7. Mix and remove from the heat.
  8. Pour the prepared ganache on top, and chill for 10 minutes till set
