Ghee Urad dal porridge

Ingredients to make Ghee Urad dal porridge

  • urad dal 100g
  • jaggery syrup 100 ml
  • moong dal 25 g
  • rice 25 g
  • fenugreek 1spoon
  • ghee 3 spoon

How to make Ghee Urad dal porridge

  1. In a pan dry roast the urad ,moong dal , fenugreek,rice without burning
  2. Grind it,& make the powder very nice
  3. Urad dal powder ready
  4. In another bowl ,take 50g of urad dal powder ,mix well with half litter water with out lumps
  5. In a kadai pour the urad dal mixture, keep boiling for 10mins in low flame
  6. Add Jaggery syrup,ghee
  7. Mix well for 2-3 mins
  8. Serve hot immediately
  9. Tasty& healthy urad dal porridge ready
