  • 250 gms chicken pieces
  • 100 gms Blueberries
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds paste
  • 4 sprigs mint leaves
  • 2"lemon grass
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2" cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • For Marination
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

How to make Blueberry Chicken Fry

  1. 250 GMS CHICKEN
  2. 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. 1 TBSP YOGHURT
  4. 1/2TSP CHILLI POWDER
  5. 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  6. SALT
  7. MIX TOGETHER
  8. MARINATE FOR 30 MINUTES
  9. PAN FRY CHICKEN IN 3 TBSP OIL
  10. ONCE COOKED REMOVE FROM PAN
  11. 2" CINNAMON, 2CLOVES, BAY LEAF IN 2 TSP OIL
  12. 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE
  13. 1/3 CUP ONION PASTE
  14. 1/4 CUP TOMATO PUREE
  15. 1TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
  16. 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  17. 2 TSP CHILLI POWDER
  18. SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  19. 1 TSP POPPY SEEDS PASTE
  20. 100GMS BLUEBERRY PUREE
  21. SALT
  22. ADD LEFT OVER MARINATE PASTE AND SAUTE
  23. 2" LEMON GRASS
  24. ADD CHICKEN PIECES
  25. SAUTE FOR ANOTHER 3 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
  26. ADD 1/3 CUP WATER
  27. SIMMER FOR 3 MINUTES
  28. 4 SPRIGS OF MINT LEAVES
