Kesar Pista Kulfi

Ingredients to make Kesar Pista Kulfi

  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Milk Powder
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp elaichi Powder
  • Few almonds
  • Few Pistas
  • Few cashews
  • A pinch of saffron
  • 1 cup fresh cream

How to make Kesar Pista Kulfi

  1. Take a bowl and pour the milk, milk powder and sugar into this.
  2. After heating it up, mix the saffron and turn off the flame. mix in the fresh cream and dry fruits, then keep aside for cooling.
  3. After cooling, pour it into kulfi moulds and keep it in the deep freezer for minimum 10 hours.
  4. After this time unmould them and serve to enjoy.
