Ingredients to make Thai flavoured crunchy devil egg

  • 6 boiled egg cut into halves
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp thai seasoning
  • 4 tbsp cornflour
  • 4 tbsp maida
  • 1 tbsp red chilly powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp red Thai curry paste
  • 2 tsp coconut milk or cream
  • oil for deep frying
  • red chilli for garnishing
  • tomato sauce for serving
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

How to make Thai flavoured crunchy devil egg

  1. KEEP ALL THE INGREDIENTS READY
  2. CUT EGG IN HALVES AND TAKE OUT YOLK IN A BOWL
  3. TO EGG YOLK ADD MACHINES, COCONUT MILK OR CREAM ,SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE, THAI SEASON IN, RED THAI CURRY PASTE
  4. MIX EVERYTHING TO MAKE A SMOOTH MIXTURE .KEEP IN FRIDGE
  5. ADD SALT PEPPER AND RED CHILLI POWDER TO MAIDA N CORNFLOUR AND MAKE A BATTER BY ADDING WATER
  6. NOW ADD SALT PEPPER AND THAI SEASONING TO BREAD CRUMBS
  7. ALSO KEEP SOME FLOUR FOR COATING EGGS. FIRST COATS EGGS WITH FLOUR THEN DIP IN BATTER AND COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS
  8. KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 20 -30 MINS AND THEN DEEP FRY TILL CRISP FROM ALL SIDES
  9. NOW FILL EGG YOLK MIXTURE IN A PIPING BAG AND FILL CAVITY IN FRIED EGG WHITE.GARNISH WITH RED CHILLI AND SERVE ON BED OF LETTUCE LEAVES WITH HOT AND SWEET TOMATO SAUCE
