Ingredients to make Chicken Lollipops

  • Chicken leg pieces 6
  • Garam masala - 1 tbspn
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tbspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1-2 tbspn
  • Oil - 1 tbspn
  • Jeera powder - 1 tbspn
  • Orange food color - 1tbspn
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbspn
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tbspn
  • Thick curd - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon drops - 1/2 tbspn

How to make Chicken Lollipops

  1. Wash & dry chicken leg pieces with kitchen towel , make slightly cuts on it so that all masala goes well inside
  2. Now marinate the pieces with curd , all spices and keep in freeze for one to two hours
  3. Arrange all pieces on baking tray , preheat oven and bake for 15 mintues
  4. Now take out the pieces flip from other side and again bake for 15 mint. Or till pieces look crispy and tender inside
  5. Take out in serving dish , garnish with onion rings , coriander leaves , sprinkle chaat masala . Can serve with green coriander chutney .
