Ingredients to make Tangy Dhokla

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • Mustard seeds for tempering
  • Curd half cup
  • Chillies
  • Curry.leaves
  • Fresh coriander
  • Baking pd half spoon
  • sugar
  • 2.spoon oil
  • ketchup

How to make Tangy Dhokla

  1. Take a bowl add semolina besan together add water..add curd mix well make a batter ..now add salt and baking pd..u can also add eno fruit salt.
  2. Pour this batter in a mould and microwave it with a lid container..for 5..6 min
  3. Now for tempering Take a wok add oil..mustard seeds..curry leaves.chillies ..now add sugar..add water..stir it..then add some salt..lastly add ketchup in the water when it becomes little thick.
  4. Now take out the dhokla.and pour the tempering on it..and garnish it with green coriander.
