Chilli Garlic Noodles.

Ingredients to make Chilli Garlic Noodles.

  • 1 pack noodles.
  • 2 chopp onion
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 green chillies.
  • 2 spring onion
  • 2 capsicum.
  • 2 carrot.
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp each black n white pepper.
  • 1/4tsp chilli sauce.
  • 1/4tsp vinegar
  • 4 tsp oil.

How to make Chilli Garlic Noodles.

  1. Boil d noodles with salt n little oil.
  2. Strain n rinse with cold water.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Put oil in a wok
  5. Add garlic
  6. Add chopp onion
  7. Saute it.
  8. Add all chopp vegetables.
  9. Add salt n both pepper.
  10. Nw add noodles n stir well.
  11. Add chilli sauce n vinegar.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Garnish with spring onion.

My Tip:

No need of soya sauce.
