ABOUT Sugarcane Juice/Ganne Ka Ras... RECIPE

A glass of sugarcane juice not only refreshes you but also revitalise you. It is extremely rich in minerals that prevent tooth decay and bad breath. Loaded with natural sugars, it helps in reducing the bad cholesterol in the body and helps in shedding those extra calories from our body. A perfect drink for the entire family and is a must have on a regular basis.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sugarcane chopped 4-6 cups
  2. Sugar 1/4th cup
  3. Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  4. Ginger 1" piece
  5. Icecubes 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Chop the sugarcane into bite sized pieces.
  2. Juicer is best to strain this juice.
  3. Add the pieces into the tube few at a time along with ginger roughly chopped.
  4. Collect the juice in the collecting vessel provided or individual glasses.
  5. Add sugar and lemon juice to it.
  6. Stir and add in a few icecubes.
  7. Serve this chilled for that awesome refreshing feeling.
