Matar ki sabzi

Ingredients to make Matar ki sabzi

  • peas - 1/2 kg
  • spring garlic( lehsun patte) - 3 pieces
  • coriander leaves - a handful
  • green chillies - 4 pieces
  • mustard oil - 3-4 tbsps
  • sugar - 1/3rd tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

How to make Matar ki sabzi

  1. Peel all the peas ,wash it. Cut spring garlic,green chillies and coriander leaves in small (chopped). In a wok add mustard oil or (refined oil )add green chillies and spring garlic add square shaped potatoes fry for 1 min
  2. Add peas fry a lil then add salt n sugar.add half glass water and cook till peas and potatoes become tender in a low or medium flame....
  3. When oil separates add coriander leaves and black pepper powder .
  4. Serve hot with bread toast or paratha

My Tip:

We can leave a lil water before adding coriander leaves for softness
