Ingredients to make Eggless brownies

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

How to make Eggless brownies

  1. Sieve flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl beat yogurt and butter , add vanilla essence.
  3. Fold in the flour mix until just incorporated, do not over mix.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter in prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30-35 mins till a skewer comes out clean.
  6. Let cool , then demould and then cut into pieces.
