Ingredients to make Bread gold coin

  • egg 2
  • Bread slice 8
  • tomato cut into small dice 1/4 cup
  • capsicum cut into small dice 1/4 cup
  • onion cut into small dice 1/4 cup
  • Boiled shredded chicken 1/2 cup
  • onion shoot chopped 1 teaspoon
  • pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil for pan fry

How to make Bread gold coin

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl
  2. Add all the above ingrediants and mix well and keep aside
  3. Cut bread slices into rounds
  4. Heat a non stick pan pour little oil
  5. Pour a teaspoon full of mixture into oil and place a bread over it
  6. Press it with utensil and cook till golden brown. Now flip over and cook till golden
  7. Repeat the process with remaining breads and mixture
  8. Serve with tomato ketchup
