Paneer corn pattice

Ingredients to make Paneer corn pattice

  • For outer layer:
  • Medium size boiled potatoes 4 nos.
  • Bread crumbs of 4 slice
  • salt to taste
  • Finely chopped coriander 1/4cup
  • green chilly paste 1Tsp.
  • For stuffing:
  • Crumble paneer 1/2 cup
  • Boiled corn 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1/4 cup (Optional)
  • Tikha Sev 3/4 cup
  • green chilly paste 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
  • Chat masala 1Tsp.
  • Garam masala 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
  • Finely chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  • maida 1 Tbsp for coating.
  • oil for deep frying.

How to make Paneer corn pattice

  1. Mash boiled potatoes. Add salt, coriander, bread crumbs. Mix it well. Keep aside.
  2. For Stuffing:
  3. Mix all the ingredients of stuffing. Keep aside.
  4. Now prepare pattice. Make a 8 to 10 balls of outer layer. Now take 1 ball of potatoes mixture. Make a medium size puri. Put the stuffing of Paneer and corn.
  5. Make a round ball. Lightly roll in maida. Deep fry on medium heat. Serve hot with green chutney /tomato ketchup / Curd.
