Ingredients to make Sakkariya no shiro

  • 2 cup boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1tea cup milk
  • 1 /2 tea cup sugar
  • 1/2 cardamom powder
  • almond shredded for garnish

How to make Sakkariya no shiro

  1. Heat ghee in kadai on law flame
  2. Add boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
  3. Stir continues till its became smooth.
  4. Add milk and stir till it became smooth
  5. Add sugar and mix
  6. Add cardamom powder and almond shredded and mix
  7. Serve hot
  8. Sweet potatoes halwa
