  • chicken strips 250 gm
  • 1 tsp redchilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • For flour coating
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • egg coating
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2tsp pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Oats coating mix
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp redchillinpowder
  • oil for frying

  1. MARINATE THE CHICKEN STRIPS WITH REDCHILLI POWDER ,SOY SAUCE,LEMON JUICE,GARAM MASALA,SALT
  2. MIX MAIDA WITH PEPPER POWDER,GARLIC POWDER AND SALT
  3. ADD SALT AND REDCHILLI POWDER TO THE OATS
  4. BEAT THE EGG WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND MILK
  5. COAT THE CHICKEN IN MAIDA MIX
  6. THEN DIP IN EGG MIXTURE
  7. THEN ROLL IN OATS MIX
