Cornflakes Fried Chicken Strips..

Ingredients to make Cornflakes Fried Chicken Strips..

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • Cornflakes crushed coarsely 2 cups
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 gm chicken cut into thin strips
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil or olive oil
  • Extra oil for frying as needed

How to make Cornflakes Fried Chicken Strips..

  1. Add in the chicken strips , egg , coriander leaves , pepper powder ,cumin powder, chilli garlic sauce , soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl and mix well .
  2. Add the sesame seed oil or olive oil and mix it again .
  3. Add the paprika powder to the cornflour and make a semi thick slurry.
  4. Dip each strip into it and roll in cornflakes before frying.
  5. Do it for all the strips in this way and leave it in the refrigerator.
  6. Heat oil on medium flame after 30 minutes.
  7. Deep fry these refrigerated strips few at a time.
  8. Serve them with any sauce or even as a side dish with any light curry .
