Ingredients to make Angoori Papri Chat

  • For papari:
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 spoon Oil
  • Oil for frying
  • For garnishing:
  • Thick curd
  • Grapes
  • Saunth chutney
  • Green chutney
  • Aloo bhujiya
  • Fresh coriander leaves

How to make Angoori Papri Chat

  1. For papris:Take maida add oil and salt, make tight dough. Now make there papri and deep fry.
  2. Then take thick curd add sugar in it for sweetness.
  3. Take papris pour curd on it. Add some grapes by making it half.
  4. Add black, salt, chilli powder and saunth or you can add ketchup also. Then add green chutney (optional)
  5. Then sprinkle aloo bhujiya and fresh coriander on it.
