Cocktail chicken

Ingredients to make Cocktail chicken

  • 250 gm boneless chicken
  • 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon besan
  • Dry spices
  • salt to taste

How to make Cocktail chicken

  1. Wash and then cut the boneless chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. Take a bowl, put in the chicken and mix the ingredients, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, dhania powder and garam masala, adding about 1 teaspoon of the dry spices. Combine this mixture well and leave to marinate for 20 minutes or so.
  3. Next add in the besan and mix it again.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken pieces by separating each one. Cook this on a medium heat, turning the chicken occasionally till both the sides are crisp, this should take about 10 minutes.

My Tip:

Use freshly made ginger-garlic paste and not the ready-made ones, fresh ingredients always make the dish taste better.
