Papad Ki Churi

Ingredients to make Papad Ki Churi

  • Papad – 3 nos (roasted and crushed)
  • Onion – 1 no, chopped
  • Tomato – 1 no, chopped
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
  • Bhujia / Sev – 1/4 cup

How to make Papad Ki Churi

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add onion, tomato, give a quick toss then add red chilli powder, salt mix well, add crushed papads and mix well. Turn off the heat.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add lemon juice and coriander. Mix well and serve with bhujia / sev.
