Ripened Banana Pancakes

Ingredients to make Ripened Banana Pancakes

  • Ripened bananas 3
  • Whole wheat flour or Multi grain flour 1 cup
  • Raw Rice flour 2 table spoons
  • Jagerry powder 4 table spoons
  • Green cardamon 2
  • A pinch of salt
  • ghee for making pan cakes

How to make Ripened Banana Pancakes

  1. In a blender jar add all the items given under ingredients except the ghee.
  2. Grind to smooth paste.
  3. Add some water if needed and bring to dosa batter consistency.
  4. Heat a dosa pan and grease with ghee.
  5. Make pancakes as we make dosas and cook on both sides drizzling few drops of ghee and serve hot.

My Tip:

For kids these pan cakes can be given with honey and nuts toppings.
