About Kada Prassad Recipe

This is a recipe of the famous kada prashad or aatte ke halwa.

Kada Prassad

Ingredients to make Kada Prassad

  • ghee 2 tsp
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • Atta [wheat flour] 1 tbsp
  • water according to consistency

How to make Kada Prassad

  1. Heat a heavy bottomed pan with some ghee. Then add the wheat flour and roast it until browned enough.
  2. Then add the sugar and roast for few seconds and then add water and bring upto boil. Cook until the halwa is thick enough, Serve hot.
