Ginger chicken

Ingredients to make Ginger chicken

  • Chicken- 1/2kg
  • Red chilly powder-1tbsp
  • oil-2tbsp
  • Garam masala powder-1 n hlf tsp
  • Chicken cubes-1
  • Curry leaves few springs
  • Cashew boiled and paste-1bowl
  • Red color-a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry kasuri methi-2tsp roasted and crushed
  • Onion-4 (make a paste without adding water)
  • Tomato-2 (paste)
  • chicken masala powder-1tsp
  • ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped-2tbsp

How to make Ginger chicken

  1. Take a wok add oil add chicken cube onion paste add ginger garlic paste and fry the paste till light brown then add tomato paste and cook for 5min then chicken stir for a minute then add all the spices salt as per taste and cook chicken.
  2. Then add red color and then add curry leaves and stir the gravy once its done add cashew paste and bring to boil finally add crushed kasuri methi mix well and off the flame garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with pizza base Ginger chicken is ready
