Ingredients to make Home Made Jigarthanda

  • For Jigarthanda Icecream
  • 1 ltr milk
  • saffron
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • For Flavoured Milk
  • 1 Glass boiled and milk
  • Nannari Syrup 5 tbsp
  • For Jigarthanda
  • badam Pisin 3 pieces
  • For Garnish
  • Gulkhand
  • badam and Pista Chopped

How to make Home Made Jigarthanda

  1. BOIL 1 LITRE MILK. ADD PINCH OF SAFFRON
  2. REDUCE TO HALF AND ADD 1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK
  3. STIR WELL AND BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES
  4. REFRIGERATE THE MIXTURE
  5. RINSE AND SOAK BADAM PISIN OVERNIGHT
  6. IT WOULD INCREASE IN VOLUME. CLEAN IF THERE IS ANY IMPURITY
  7. ADD 3-5 TBSP OF NANNARI SYRUP TO CHILLED MILK
  8. TIME TO MIX THE INGREDIENTS
  9. ADD 2 HEAP TBSP BADAM PISIN
  10. ADD FLAVOURED MILK
  11. ADD JIGARTHANDA ICE CREAM
  12. GARNISH WITH DRY FRUITS AND GULKHAND (OPTIONAL)
