Spring onion and sweetpotato sabji

Ingredients to make Spring onion and sweetpotato sabji

  • Sweet potato 2
  • spring onion 2 cup chopped
  • garlic 1 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  • mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch

How to make Spring onion and sweetpotato sabji

  1. Take a sweet potato peel it and cut it.And washed onion and sweet potato.
  2. Take a pressure cooker . Add oil cumin seeds add mustard seeds.
  3. Add Asafoetida .
  4. Add turmeric powder and onion, sweet potato.
  5. Then add all spices.
  6. Mix well
  7. Then add salt. And little water.
  8. Take 3 whistle.
  9. Serve hot

My Tip:

Serve with roti.
