About Sweet potato and methi cutlets Recipe

Very tasty cutlets of sweet potatoes which are healthy also.bite of sweet corn and sweetness of sweet potato one can enjoy these cutlets very much.

Sweet potato and methi cutlets

Ingredients to make Sweet potato and methi cutlets

  • 1 cup boiled sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup methi leaves
  • 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp paav bhaaji masala
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 cup bread crumb
  • coriander leaves
  • oil for frying
  • Sweet corn, pomegranate pearls and lettuce for garnish

How to make Sweet potato and methi cutlets

  1. Mash sweet potato and corn
  2. Wash and chop methi leaves
  3. Add spices and mix
  4. Add cornflour
  5. Then add coriander leaves
  6. Mix all ingredents finely
  7. Take heart shape cutter and fill mixture in it
  8. Press it and make all cutlets like that
  9. Take bread crumb in a plate
  10. Roll all cutlets in it and coat well
  11. Then keep them in freeze
  12. At the time of serving heat oil and fry them
  13. Garnish with sweet corn , pomegranate pearls and lettuce
  14. Serve with sauce
