  • water
  • buttermilk sour 2 cup
  • Grated coconut 1 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Green chilli 1
  • For seasoning... 1 red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  1. CLEAN, WASH AND CHOP AMARANTH LEAVES
  2. ADD IN BOILING WATER, ADD SALT, CLOSE AND COOK
  3. CHECK THE COOKNESS, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  4. COMBINE GRATED COCONUT, GREEN CHILLI AND BUTTERMILK, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. POUR THE GROUND PASTE INTO COOKED SPINACH
  6. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, LET IT BOIL ONCE
  7. ADD SEASONING, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
