Ingredients to make Rava - Carrot - Cheese Uttappam

  • Rava 2 cup
  • Grated carrot 2 cup
  • Grated cheese 2 cup
  • Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • curd 3 tbsp
  • water
  • Cibataaza Achari masala powder 1 tsp

How to make Rava - Carrot - Cheese Uttappam

  1. SOAKED RAVA
  2. CUMIN SEEDS, CIBA TAAZA ACHARI MASALA
  3. SALT, CURD
  4. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND MIX WELL
  5. ONION, CARROT, CHEESE
  6. MIX WELL
  7. GREASE HOT TAWA
  8. POUR LADLEFUL OF BATTER, SPREAD SLIGHTLY
  9. OPEN THE LID AFTER 1 MINUTE, SPREAD CARROT AND CHEESE
  10. PRESS IT, CLOSE AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  11. FLIP AND COOK, 2 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME
  12. REMOVE AND SERVE
