These are spicy and delicious snacks of bhajias , made with raw bananas.

Raw banana bhajia

Ingredients to make Raw banana bhajia

  • Raw banana 2
  • oil for Deep frying
  • For batter
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
  • A pinch of baking soda

How to make Raw banana bhajia

  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan.
  2. Make a batter. Take a pan.Add all above ingredients for a batter.
  3. Then deep the banana slice in a prepared batter and drop it in hot oil.
  4. Fry in a medium flame.

My Tip:

Serve with curd Chutney and red chilly chutney.
