Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw banana 2
  2. Salt
  3. Oil
  4. Gram flour 1 cup
  5. Rice flour 1/4 cup
  6. Chilli powder 3/4 tsp
  7. Hing 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add Gram flour, rice flour, salt, Hing, chilli powder mix well
  2. Add little water and make thick batter
  3. Peel the raw banana skin and make thin slices
  4. Dip into the batter and fry it in a hot oil
