Lightly flavoured kababs that are easy and tasty.

Chicken seekh kabab

Ingredients to make Chicken seekh kabab

  • chicken keema 1/2 kg
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4th cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4th tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4th tsp chaat masala

How to make Chicken seekh kabab

  1. In a mixing bowl add the minced chicken.
  2. Add all the masala and salt as per taste. Mix well and marinate it in the fridge for 30 mins.
  3. Use bamboo skewers to make the kababs. Take a handful of the meat dough and cover it over the skewer.
  4. Use water to grease your hand and evenly make the rolls over the skewers.
  5. Heat a pan or grill pan and place the skewers over it. Turn to cook on all sides evenly.
  6. You can brush olive oil on top after removing but this is optional.
  7. Serve it hot with breads, naans, rice.

My Tip:

The mince should not have too much moisture. You can add a tbsp of besan if your mince has too much moisture. Cook on low flame.
