  • 1 and 1/2 tsp tea leaves
  • 1/2 cup milk (100 ml)
  • 1/2 cup water (100 ml)
  • 1 " piece fresh ginger crushed
  • 1 tsp sugar

How to make Ginger Tea/ Adrak Wali Chai

  1. Bring water to a boil with crushed ginger; this helps in infusing the ginger flavor well.
  2. Add tea leaves and continue to simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add milk and sugar; simmer it for 2 to 3 minutes.
