Chicken Rolls

Ingredients to make Chicken Rolls

  • 4 Boneless chicken pieces in shawarma cutting
  • Red chilli paste or Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger-Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
  • Few coriander leaves
  • few curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Cucumber 8 Slices
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Cabbage crused- few
  • Ginger chopped- small pieces
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Chapati dough

How to make Chicken Rolls

  1. First add the chilli paste or chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, salt, soya sauce, black pepper powder and make a paste. Rub this paste in the chicken and fry it.
  2. In a pan heat some oil, then add the curry leaves, ginger and green chilli chopped. Fry it for 1 minute. Then add the chopped capsicum and tomatoes. Fry it well.
  3. Then add a pinch of chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves and salt to taste. Your yummy chicken rolls is ready to be served.
  4. Add some schezwan sauce, mix it and add the fried chicken, vinegar and keep it in a low flame.
  5. Take a bowl, put in mayonnaise, cabbage, a pinch of black pepper and all the sauces. Mix it well together. Next add in the cucumber slices and keep the filling separately.
  6. Now a make a small thin chapati of the wheat or maida flour and lightly fry it on a low flame on both sides.
  7. Take that chapati, first spread the mayonnaise and then all the sauces. Then add the fried chicken, cucumber slices, cabbage and fold the chapati as a roll.
  8. Serve it hot.

Make thin and lightly fry the chapati
