Ingredients to make Maggi Junglee Sausage Sub Rolls

  • 1 packet chicken maggi
  • 6-8 Sub or dinner rolls
  • 4 Pieces fresh chicken pieces
  • 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  • 3-4 chicken masala sausages
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • Half a cabbage
  • 150 grams classic Mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspn pepper
  • oil to grease
  • Some butter to apply in rolls optional

How to make Maggi Junglee Sausage Sub Rolls

  1. Boil chicken pieces with salt and ginger garlic
  2. Cool shred and keep aside
  3. Shred carrot into the shredded chicken
  4. Now season with salt pepper and paprika
  5. Boil maggi with onion and taste maker, cool
  6. Mix the maggi into chicken mix and fold in the Mayonnaise
  7. Now saute the sausages in a greased pan
  8. And slit the sausages into two
  9. Now slit all dinner rolls in the center
  10. Fill in the chicken junglee and Maggi mix and slide in a sausage

My Tip:

Mix of chicken junglee and maggi can be kept in fridge to use for upto a day cover with cling wrap and keep
