Ingredients to make crispy aloo chop

  • potatoes 5-6
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • Chopped green chillies - 2
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • semolina - 1 cup
  • Refined oil

How to make crispy aloo chop

  1. Boil the potatoes and peel them.
  2. Mash the boiled potatoes and knead them with rest of the ingredients, except semolina and oil.
  3. Now take small amounts of the dough and shape them as cutlets.
  4. Now coast them with semolina or rava.
  5. Deep fry them in hot oil and serve with tomato sauce.
