Ingredients to make Sweet potato methi crispy

  • maida-1cup
  • oil-needed
  • salt-needed
  • turmeric powder-1/4tbsp
  • chilli powder-1tbsp
  • methi-1/2tbsp

How to make Sweet potato methi crispy

  1. Take a bowl add maida flour and needed salt and cumin seeds
  2. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder
  3. Add fresh methi leaves
  4. Add needed water
  5. Make dough like chappathi batter
  6. Make ball and roll dough
  7. Cut round or any shapes of your choice.
  8. Heat oil in a wok, on medium flame.
  9. Drop in oil
  10. Fry until both sides are golden and crispy
  11. Drain on a paper towel
