Ingredients to make Pineapple jam

  • pineapple 1
  • cashew nut optional
  • sugar 200gram
  • butter 2 tbs
  • Limejuice 1 tsp
  • Yellow colour or turmeric powder one pinch
  • cinnamon powder 1 pinch

How to make Pineapple jam

  1. Peel the skin of the pineapple and put into mixie.In the mixture half of it is filtered and take juice of it.
  2. In pan take the paste and the juice boil well.
  3. .After evaporation of water, add sugar and cinnamon powder.
  4. Next add butter .if you want add roasted cashew nuts.
  5. After it change into consistency of the jam.off the flame. Add lime juice. Pineapple jam ready.

My Tip:

No preservative,so healthy. Store in fridge.
