  1. Chocolate compound
  2. Heavy cream
  3. Rum
  4. Seasonal fruits
  5. Short cakes
  6. Cheese sticks

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate compound in a double boiler 500 gms
  2. Add heavy cream about 3/4 cup in the compound
  3. Mix so that no lumps are formed.
  4. Pour in a fondue set
  5. Cut the seasonal fruits n sticks n lay on a tray
