This one is made up of raw banana. Belive me it tastes delicious.

Banana Rasmalai

Ingredients to make Banana Rasmalai

  • Raw banana 3
  • Milk bread 3slice
  • cardamom powder 1/4tsp
  • Desi ghee for frying
  • Fullcream milk 1 litre
  • sugar 1cup
  • Gulabjal 1/2tsp
  • Almondschopped8-10
  • saffron strands few

How to make Banana Rasmalai

  1. Boil bananas with skin, peel and mash.
  2. Discard edges of bread and mash with hand.
  3. Mix both, add cardamom powder, if hard add a little milk to this.
  4. Bind together and make balls and give it a shape pressing a little.
  5. Fry in Desi ghee and keep aside.
  6. Add sugar to milk and boil until it becomes half, add saffron.
  7. Now add bananas balls to this milk and cook a little.
  8. Let it cool at room temperature and add gulabjal.
  9. Refrigerate and serve chilled, garnish with chopped almonds.
