Chocolate Pinwheels

Ingredients to make Chocolate Pinwheels

  • Marie Biscuits 1 small pkt(powdered)
  • 1/4 cup khopra(grated dried coconut)
  • Cocoa 2 tbls
  • Butter 2 tbls
  • Sugar 3 tbls
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp

How to make Chocolate Pinwheels

  1. Take a bowl add powdered Marie, 1&1/2 tbls sugar, coco, butter (melted) & mix well to prepare dough. Add 1 tsp milk if required.
  2. Add cardamom & 1&1/2 tbls sugar to coconut khopra.
  3. Roll a thick roti type using rolling pin of the biscuit dough. Sprinkle the coconut mix evenly.
  4. Fold it like a swiss roll & cover it in a foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and cut into peices.
My Tip: We can use dark chocolate instead of cocoa & sugar for making dough. White chocolate can be used with coconut for more chocolaty taste.
