Vermicelli Pudding

Ingredients to make Vermicelli Pudding

  • Milk - 4 Cups
  • Nestle Condensed Milk - 400 Grams
  • sugar - 12 Tablespoons
  • banana - 1/2 Cup (Grind Into A Medium Paste)
  • HuckleBerry - 1/2 Cup ( Pith Removed and Grinded Into A Paste)
  • Vermicilli - 5 1/2 Cups
  • cashew Nuts - 4 (Broken Into Medium Pieces)
  • cardamom - 1 To 2 (Crushed)
  • saffron - 1 Strands
  • ghee - 4 Tablespoons

How to make Vermicelli Pudding

  1. In a pan, heat ghee and add the vermicilli, and stir for about 20 minutes.
  2. After the vermicilli been half cooked, add in milk, little salt, sugar, and stir for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. In the same pan, Pour 2 to 5 cups of water and bring it to boil.
  4. Add the pasted banana, huckleberry, nestle condensed milk, sugar and cook till it dissolves all the ghee and water.
  5. Then add the saffron strands, cardamom powder, and simmer for 25 to 30 mins.
  6. Finally garnish it with cashew nuts, raisins and readymade or home made gulab jamuns.

My Tip:

My secret sauce is banana paste and nestle condensed milkmaid.
