Traditional matar panir.

Ingredients to make Traditional matar panir.

  • 2 cup green peas.
  • 200gm panir.
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 onion.
  • 1tbs gng paste.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/4tsp garam masala.

How to make Traditional matar panir.

  1. Make d paste of onion and tomato.
  2. Put oil in a cooker.
  3. Add jeera.
  4. Nw put onion.tomato paste.
  5. Saute it.
  6. Add gng paste.
  7. Cook well.
  8. Add salt n all masalas.
  9. Put green peas
  10. Stir well.
  11. Put 2 cup water.
  12. Cook till 2 whistles.
  13. Open and add panir cubes.
  14. Mix well.
  15. Serve with hot chapati.

My Tip:

U can add 2 potatoes in it.
