Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup grean peas
  2. 250gm panir.
  3. 2chopp onion
  4. 4 tomatoes
  5. 1tbs gng paste.
  6. Salt
  7. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/4tsp red chilli
  9. 1/4tsp coriander powder
  10. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/4tsp garam masala.
  12. 2 small cardomom
  13. Green coriander.

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a cooker.
  2. Put small cardomom n cumin seeds
  3. Put gng paste.
  4. Cook till brown.
  5. Add fresh tomato pury
  6. Add salt n all masalas
  7. Cook it well.
  8. Add green peas
  9. Saute in the masala
  10. Add 1 glass water
  11. Cook till 4 whistle
  12. Open add.panir cubes.
  13. Sprinkle garam masala.
  14. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  15. Serve with chapati.
