Ingredients to make Chinese bread poha

  • 4 brown bread slices (cut in small cubes )
  • 1/2cup each finely chopped capsicum, cabbage and onions.
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1 t.sp finely chopped green chilli
  • 2 t.sp. garlic finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 t.sp
  • 1 tb.sp. Tomato sauce
  • 1 t.sp. green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 t.sp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tb.sp. vinegar
  • 1 t.sp oil

How to make Chinese bread poha

  1. Heat oil and add garlic, cook for few sec.
  2. Now add all Veggies and cook for 2min. On high flame.
  3. Add all sauces , vinegar ,salt and pepper. mix well and cook for 1 min.(on medium )
  4. Now add bread piece, mix well cook for 2min.
  5. Transfer to aserving bowl and garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
